How to create a diferent country account?

I live in Europe so I have my country account (Portugal) but I have noticed that the Marketplace in here sucks, and the American Marketplace is much better so my question is how to make a diferent country account? His there anything special or is it just a "Select Country" bar?

I think you have to completely make a new gamertag and change your region. But I think you're not allowed to do that.

You can set up a new account with a new gamertag. Set up an American one and then you get one month free live and you can download all the things they get and we dont. Then you can use it on your original accountsmcg69

Once your country is selected there is no way to change. You have to make a new acct.
