I think you go to the system menu in the dashboard and go to memory, then videos, then delete video.

Theoretically, if you delete everything, about 20. Well, 19.9, you don't want to touch the system stuff, which is something like 1 megabyte. Go to System - Memory. Then it's pretty self-explanatory. You should get rid of the demos and the videos, they take up the most space. If you want, hit X when you're at that screen, it'll show you some things that are reccomended to delete. I was pretty pissed off when my 20 gigabyte hard drive showed up as 10 gigabyte. A little bit of cleaning and it's all better. I'm considering taking off most of the gamer pics, but I don't know.

There are two ways. Select the video in the media blade. There should be two or three options, depending if you stopped it midway through. The option you want to select is "delete". Or, go to the blade on the far right, forgot name. Then, select memory, video, and find the file. Once you select the file, with the "a" button, the next window will give you an option to delete the file.

After you delete the videos, you should have 13 GB left. Seven GB are used by the system itself (which cannot be deleted).

Go to your memory. There are about 900 kilobytes of system files. There are about 3 - 4 gigabytes of built in demos, which can be deleted. You'll get far more than 13 gigabytes if you do it correctly.

Go to memory, then go to device options(Y) then look tothe right. It should say Capacity 13.9GB and Free Space xxGB. Your capacity should be in this range of 13-14GB. At the bottom it will say " remaining space reserved for system use."
