How to Finish RDR? *spoilers*

when John dead...the character change to Jack...I don't know where i have to go..no way point on map...really stuck...anyone can help me??

[spoiler] Go to that town on the top right of the map (forgot the name) at the entrance is one of those encounters which will be the last mission in the story [/spoiler]

Go to Blackwater and there will be a random encounter symbol near the train station.
