How to fix my Xbox 360 Video input plugs?

Yesterday the HD cords were acting funning with the screen mainly red and green.Since that was bugging me afterawhile I unplugged them and plugged them back in. Now I only get audio and not video. Ive unplugged the jack that goes into thexbox a lot and switched teh TV to HDTV thing quite a bit too. Help?

Maybe the actually hole that you plug them into are screwed up. After unplugging and plugging the cables back in a lot it can get lose or messed up inside. if thats not the case then i suppose you just need new cables. Before you go buy anything though make sure your video settings are still correct on your tv and 360.
