Go to game marketplace - game demos - new arrivals Should be there just scroll to the right if you don't see it
My guess is that it was available for a limited time...I just checked myself, it's not there anymore. :\
The demo was a beta. It ended on Feb. 4th, I think, and thus MS took it down. It wouldnt be playable if it was up, anyways.
