Yeah, it's on the 2nd floor in a display case. Make sure you get it because it's an awesome weapon. That is probably my favorite gun in the game.

yes Fallout 3 if you guys didnt know that and its called the Lincoln's Repeater not reaper and yes basically just go as far as you can get in the museum and its in one of the last rooms on a display case
