without pre-ordering from Gamestop? I have an account at callofduty.com, but have never signed up for any betas. How do I do it?

How come when I try to sign up, I put in my personal info but when I hit next it takes me back to the personal info page??

It says on the site that they have no details to get in yet. I think the official site would know more than joystiq.
