There is a huge fact that The Case fans of Xbox360 is not enough to exhaust the hot air from Xbox360's inside.

We cen see that Nyko Intercooler 360 is a good example to help to pull hot air from inside to outside quickly.

But Nyko Intercooler products have an important issue about over-using power supply. It usually causes damage to your Power Unit's and Xbox360's power connectors. Why?

1) It doesnt fit completely to your Xbox360, Power Unit's cable cant be plugged in correcly. Causes very dangerous burning issues

2) It takes very much power from Xbox360's Power Supply, So this is not healty.

In This project , I can show you how to make a less noisy Intercooler with external adapter.

What We Need?

1) 92mm standard PC Case Fan

2) Enough cardboard

3)A Basic AC or DC Adapter (9 Volts)

4) Utility Knife , scissors and punch (for fan's holes)

5) electricity tape (for isolation)

6) A Glue

For one thing, nyko not only stole power from the 360, it also increased the revolutions of the fans, which in itself is not good.

that was dumb..the worse i've seen of all intercoolers..come on dude..raise that budget and buy a watercooling system and it get the temp down by more than 40degrees dude..decreasing by 20 aint enough..and please no cardboards..doesnt last long..Ryan_Rachel

God what's wrong with people like you? This guy actually did a good and interesting post and tries to help other people by showing a great and cheap idea. And 20 degrees CELSIUS is alot. Stop being such a jerk.
