Well personally I would for it to go back to halo 3's style with much upgraded graphics! I would also really enjoy a 20 level campaign rather than 11, I would want to see much more creativity in forge right down to the bare bone! I would also love to see the return MC, and play as him this time! Ditch firefight and make it similar to nazi zombies, where it becomes more of a survival, introduce perks, ditch load outs AND BRING BACK THA BUBBLE SHIELD! XD I would also like to see it more open world similar to halo 1, and for god sake , give it one bad ass ending LIKE HALO 3!!!!!!!! Share yah thoughts boys and gals

Okay? First of all why would you ditch Firefight for a Nazi Zombies approach? Go play Black Ops! Second the bubble shield is in Reach... Perks? If Halo 4 is anything your version is I'll stick to Reach,
The Bubble Shield was never removed. In fact, in Halo: Reach the bubble shield is reusable AND it heals you when you deploy it.
I don't want to see Halo 4. I want Master Chief to float off in space, lost in time. Halo 3 had a very tasteful ending by videogame standards and I do not want to see this man brought back on some random planet, out to kill some other alien things or whatever.
Whatever Halo games are released in the future, I hope they're all prequels like Halo: Reach. There's a ton of backstory and content in the Halo universe that it can be put in any real conflict. In fact, I'd like to play a Halo game where you play as Sarge. Yeah boy! :D

Well, the original Halo was supossed to be a TPS so your idea may not be too far from the truth

it hasnt run its course at all, no where near, theres still over 20 years of interstellar war to go through,,,I think its very cynical to declare a something with such a rich universe as over....

Coming from the guy playing Black Ops. I sense more COD vs. Halo hate.
I would like to see the game take off where halo 3 left off but with the exact style of halo reach, and add a horde type mode where its spartans and elites vs waves and waves of the flood. why ditch firefight? if 343 makes the game more mainstream and watered down like cod with unbalanced gameplay and perks i will never buy the a new halo game again and just stick with the ones bungie made.

Agreed. Halo is done with. A space combat halo would be nice though.

hmm can be sure they'll tinker with that idea at some point....though considering that the UNSC almost always looses space combat with the covenant I cant see it being a very fun game :(
