They changed the GTA IV release date 20 times before it was confirmed.

Sad to say it but my guess is the game is cancelled... to bad cuz it looked awesome.

Same goes to Project offset. Incredible games.. wellwell back to XNA to make my own games like those instead!

I agree it must be on its way of being cancelled. It was one of the titles that I was really interested in well before the 360 launch. I actually thought it was going to be a launch title. The 360 is nearer the third generation of games it probably looks dated already.
