Im playing saints row, and ive got 625,000 dollars in insurance fraud.(i looked in the stats menu and saw). the achievement says u need 200,000 to get the achievement. WHAT GIVES??!?!??!!!!? shouldnt i get it? and ive taken over los carneles and vice kings territories, but i still dont get the achievements. IM REALLY MAD?!!??!?!!? what gives. i know its not the cheats cuz even though i put it in, i havent turned them on. can someone help???
It doesn't matter if the cheats are turned on or off. As soon as you input them, the achievements for that game are forever disabled. The only way to fix that is to wipe your hard drive clean of any memory of the game and start new.

This only affects individual profiles though, right? I let my little cousin play my XBOX only if he uses his own Gamertag that is on my system and he ALWAYS uses the money cheat in Saints Row. Am I SOL because if so, he's not touching my 360 anymore.
Yea this happened to me too, but I did the God Hand one or whatever, 'n I was just playing around. But I guess no more Achievements for me :) Lol that blows. Oh well. They should've just disabled Achievement points if you have them enabled, so like I could not save it 'n shut it off, then log back in without the cheats 'n be able to play 'n get the achievements.
BTW I don't blame this guy for trying the cheats (as long as he wasn't doing it to help him get Achievements) because if anyone here has played the GTA games (yea right, like that's happened ;)) then you know how fun it is to just turn on cheats 'n run around the city.
i ended up loading an old game by accident and saving the older game over my newest and lost mostly all my progress....... i stoppped playing cuz of it and i was only like 4 missions away from beating the whole thing.Â

forever disabled on that save, you need to make a new game. You csn keep your cheat save as well.
