Im half ashamed to admit it, but I bought it, and have been playing it for hours. Its not a horrible game at all like everyone has made it out to be. It DOES feel un-polished....dare I say half assed. But it offers fun & differnet gameplay, with some pretty impressive cinematic moments.

I always read Gamespot's reviews before I buy a game. So the only person to blame is yourself. :P
Im actually NOT complaining. Im happy with the purchase! P.S. I always read reviews before a buy, And often they offer some good info on a game. but reviews...are just reviews of one persons opinion. I like to give my own opinion a chance sometimes even after a negative review like gamespots.
I understand and thank you sincerely for taking to the time to tell us about another crappy 360 game. :lol:

Every game I played that gamespot has given a review on I have agreed with for the most part.
Except Gears of War. It does not deserve a 9.6
Frankly I trust Gamespot and their reviews. So if they say a game is complete garbage, then you better believe them. ;)
i do believe this is a new type of fanboy.. not for any system but for a website. Can you please tell me what it feels like to not have any freedom of thought and what does it feel like to have somebody else think for you and tell you what to think?
right but you only love and hate what gs tells you to love and hate right?let the dude decide what games he wants and dosn't want his own way. I trust GS aswell, not the exact score, but they are usually well written reviews. Then I take what I read from the review and add it to what I already think of the game and make a decission. What are we just sposed to buy every game to see if we like it? You have to trust something (screens, developer interviews, previews, reviews, videos) to get your info, and personnaly I trust gamespot reviews cause they usually cover a good amount of positives and negitives.

I also have it and the first hour is good. It isn't perfect, but I like it so far. It has a cool style and I was surprised by the enemy's comments. The graphics are not Gears of War, but it uses HDR and has cool physics.
Gears is very overrated. Especially the MP. I mean it always boils down to shotguns anyways, so why not just remove the other weapons. But that's the problem with the gaming community in general. One person doesn't like a certain game, then tells someone else that they don't like the game, then that person decides not to play the game and then the process repeats. The best way to know if you will truly like a game is to play it. Whether rent or buy is up to you, but I find that most people just follow the crowd because god forbid you like a game that others don't and fear being chastised in a public forum because of it. I like Bullet Witch a lot, and I'm glad that I purchased it. Most of you should know by now what types of games you like. If you didn't find this game appealing in the first place, then it was silly for you to have purchased it.

I'm sure there is a certain type of game that you want, regardless of the score. I tend to get games that score above 8, but Bullet Witch has a cool style and I'm willing to settle for a lower score. (But I'm not happy about the lazy Japanese developers constantly making mediocre games.)
Not sure why so many of you flame the people on here that enjoy or half enjoy Bullet Witch. Some people are going to like it and others not. Some people think LOTR:BFME is awesome for the 360, while I think it totally blew, however I dont get on here and tell them they are stupid or an idiot for loving it. Lighten up a bit guys, its just a game.

i rented this game and i was actually surprised how fun the gameplay actually was, the only reason it got reviewed so bad was simply because the game was not polished to a point where it can be distracting. but the core gameplay is very fun, too bad the developers didnt take the time to polish it off.

i was surprised to see that IGN gave the graphics a low score... i thought the environments and a few of the characters looked pretty good... i mean, the animations were choppy, but everything else wasnt that bad... from what i saw at least

I played the superman demo and it didn't feel all that horrible although it was cheesy and ugly ....very very ugly. I guess the full game gets repetitive though.

that is 100% true. But based on what ive seen since i heard about the International version, it didnt seem something i personally would be interested. That said, some ppl seem to actually enjoy it, so i guess a rental can never hurt
