i bought modern warfare 2 on a whim should i open it?

I was at blockbuster it was like 10:30 and i wanted a new game. They were rented out of everything. They had modern warfare 2 for sale. I would have rathered buy ass creed 2, but i bought it. Should i open it? I'm not a huge first person shooter fan but i don't know. I needed a fix.

Depends. If that's the only game you're going to get, then I'd say take it back and get ACII if you don't like FPS. If you're willing to get ACII in addition to keeping MW2, then I'd say keep it. I don't normally FPS either but I'm having a lot of fun with this. The most I've played online in a long time.
