Exactly, you can get your console banned because it's noticable to be using a pirated disk.

They do some stuff to it in ukraine. It costs their like, $600. I don't have an x-box, PS3. I'm just telling u people the prices. But the games are realy cheap, and im sure that they have Live because I buy PC games like Gears of War for my PC ($6 in a good box, 3 disk) and it has live....

It's not that they don't have live. It's the people get banned from live. Pirated disks perform differently online and everyone can notice it. That's usually the easiest way of spotting a modded Xbox. Which is why if you have a modded Xbox, it's recommended you only play SP with your downloaded games.
