I can't hear anybody but people on my friends list.

So two of my friends and I usually play Modern Warfare 2. We weren't in Party Chat and while we were in the lobby, other players were talking and my friends could hear them, but I couldn't! Is there a way to change the settings so I can hear people outside of my friends list?

I guess that you are under aged and then you have to change that in the options menu, parental settings something something.

Press the middle button on your controller, then move over to where it lets you click on your profile toedit your motto and stuff. You should see something that says privacy settings click that it will take you to a menu full of things 1 should say something about chat and video it might be on friends only click it and change it to everyone so you can hear other people besides friends. It will then sign you out then sign back in and problem solved
