I can't move in Oblivion!

I was playing and it just says "you are encumbered" or something like that and i can's move, I can just swing my sword but i can't f&/!@ move

ANybody know how to fix this?

it means that u are carrying too much weight, u gonna have to drop/use some stuff to get light enough til u can move

If you go to your menu screen, there should be a weight amount that you can carry (usually around 200 to start), and the weight amount has a 'feature icon' next to it. You need to make sure that your weight is not exceeding it's limit, or you will become over-encumbered. If you do become over-encumbered, you need to drop some items, and you can see the weight of each item by viewing the category to the right of that specific item that also has the 'feather icon' at the top.
