I currently only own a XBOX360 and had Zero plans of getting the PS3 but I must say that HOME looks pretty amazing. As most of you who know me, I have been nothing but critical of Sony and the PS3 and still think xbox360 and its xboxlive is VERY amazing. More so than anthing else. However, if HOME can be implemented as Sony says, the PS3 is going to have an amazing online feature.

Yeah I totally agree, it seems really interesting. It's not something i would pay 600 bucks for tho ( that is reserved for MGS4 :) ). Nonetheless, Home is just whas Sony needed. Will it be better than Live? Doubt it, remember PSN was supposed to kill Live anyways >_>
Indeed. I was impressed too, but this is hardly the place to talk about it. Anyway, you don't know how well the actual execution of 'HOME' will turn out.
When it comes down to it Home is a giant online chat room. Not going to praise it, not going to bash it. Wonder how Microsoft will counter this........
I'm impressed with it, but I got in trouble for posting about it earlier in this forum. I upset the 360 fanboys or something. So sorry I'm an avid gamer and love all consoles. :roll:
I think it looks awesome too. But to me, I like the simplicity of the Gamerscore and Achievements. The "Home" thing, to me, seems more like a completely different thing. Kind of like a side game for social people who wanna see their friends "home". I would be glad to use the feature, if I could afford a ps3 or if it was available on the 360 but Im still goin good with GS.

ANyoen who actually cares about wondering around a 3d world is crazy. Go play the Sims if that kind of thing interest you.
Reminds me of PGR3 when ya walked around your garage and could play geometry wars arcades , but on steroids. Coolest thing imo  is being able to watch  movies , etc. with buds online. Until its implemented who knows how it will really work though eh.
I know it does look great and i will probably be downloading it on my PS3 when its released. This is not system Wars hes just saying that its great that the PS3 finally has something.
Home sounds like a lot of fufu stuff with limited gaming funcitonality. Live is much more fucntional and user friendly. Home in the end is a half a#@ed version of the sims.
yah, im i never plan on getting a 360 either but when i saw that i was like woah..that would be cool.i say if ps3 can steal achievments then we can steal this!
While I think Home may be a cool idea, I find it rather annoying that Sony Fanboys truly believe that this is better than Live. I'd rather pay $600 for a console that plays some amazing games (MGS4 *drool*) instead of a console that plays a prettier version of Second Life. Here's hoping Sony can live up to this promise and make Home great.
