i have a feeling none of us will be able to buy it tommorow cuz 2k games might threaten them or something by 9:00 in the morning, i hate all of the ppl who bought bioshock :(

Maybe they had some sort of deal, I dunno? It's still some dirty business. The other stores should be pretty pissed about this.

Naw, 2k games probably won't care, this will probably just increase the hype for it, and if it is in many Toys 'R' Us', I guarantee that it will increase the sales.

Wow I was not aware of this, I thought it was going to be released on the 21st, but hey its only six days away, and my PC preorder is paid off so I can wait. In the meantime I have the awesome 360 demo to tide me over :)

IMO, they simply broke the street date, but I can't confirm that at 100% though.

they broke the contract and will probably get sued or some other penalty. this same type of thing happened when espn posted the all-star game line-ups before they were announced on an exclusive tv show on fox. then the mlb made it so that espn could not have their coverage inside the actual park during the game.

I heard that the games arrived at Toys R Us without release dates so they just started selling them not knowing when to put it out. Which is stupid, cause if you take 3 minutes to go online, you'd find out. But hey, congrats to those who got the game.
