I would try using the game guide here at gamespot. I DL knights of the nine and couldnt find it. The game gave no clues or hints that I had to go to the churches to find and activate the quest. I havent DL shivering isles but Im guessing that it wont be much different on how to find it meaning, a pain in the butt!
Explore, look around, ask people, the world of Oblivion is huge and it may be a while to find what your looking for. Until then I might hold off from downloading this Shivering Isle pack...... (I was talking about me not downloading it)
Once the expansion is installed, wait a day. You will then be updated with a rumour of a strange doorway that has opened up.
'I have heard a rumor that a strange doorway has appeared on a small island in the Niben Bay. I should investigate.'
Sure enough, a new marker has appeared out in the middle of Niben Bay, east of Bravil. Swimming or water walking is the only way to reach it. Once there, a large stone face dominates the island, with a blue glowing doorway in its mouth and surrounded by a few colourful characters. It's worth talking to them just for the entertainment value. An Imperial guardsman will warn you that people who go in there are either not seen again, or return 'changed' - in other words, mad. It's just a simple matter of stepping through.

Well its not so much about using google but using the game site which is were we are at to find gaming questions and such. To this day, I still dont understand why my fellow gamers always use the forums to ask such tidious questions when there is a guide for this. Im surprised the mods arent cracking down on this and or giving them advice to use the site that they are at. Just doesnt click in thier brains or something I guess? The gamers!

There is a new dupe cheat that involves your sword and scrolls. Just check out the cheats section here at Gamespot.
