I got an Xbox 360 premium about 4 moths ago preowned and I was playing Tomb raider underworld today and when I took the game out and went to put another in the disc tray it wouldn't open it don't seem to want to open so the shop said that I had a 12 moths guarantee with it when I got it so do you reckon that I should take it back wht do you reckon they will say or do
