i hate to admit it but ...

..i was wrong about COD4 being worse than halo 3, i just picked up COD4 for 35 bucks, and i am absolutely loving it, its single player obliterates halo 3s, and the multiplayer is way better, esp when youre playing with a mature crowd..

in a lot of my earlier comments i had been defending halo 3 without playing COD4, but i know i was wrong...COD4 FTW

EDIT: This is not a comparison post, i am simply stating my opinion on both games, and how I felt playing them....i still love both games to death...

and to the TC, CoD4 is awesome. halo 3 is good to but i only really play when my nephew wants to play rocket race, i love that mode.

I know, it's like this game has to be better than that game. All these comparisons. And what makes it even dumber is when people compare two entirely different games. Call of Duty 4 isnt Halo 3, or vice versa, and they are not trying to be like the other. Why cant we like them both? *sigh*

i like both games, i just like cod4 better, is there a problem with me liking cod4 more.....also i like unreal tournament more than halo for multiplayer , and now dont say those are two entirely different games..that doesnt mean that i dont like halo..

and fyi, i wasnt comparing the game, i was just admitting my foolishness, and voicing my opinion....

dude that mode is sick, i love rocket race....and i also love playing soccer in this custom game i made (influenced by the map pack ad)....its in foundry, and there are two goals, and one soccer ball, and everyone has hammers lololol...and u have to score, i only play that with my freinds, cos it wud be a disaster to do online, with everyone b*tching abt wheter he/she scored or not....i love making custom games in halo 3, i think its just awesome, and i love halo 3 a lot too (even though i may have used the word 'like' earlier, i infact love the game..)...

to be fair my original post does seem like im comparing the games...sorry for the misunderstanding..i hate comparison posts, mostly if there is no basis for comparison...apparently ther is a battlefield bad company vs halo 3 post now...sigh...they never end...

you may be right, i dont know, i guess its good to alternate and play both games, every once in a while...

i think im gonna alternate between games, every few days...itll help keep things fresh...

I agree with the OP although i have never played Halo 3 online i've just played the singleplayer and aside from the scorpion tank battles it's very average. I thought COD 4's singleplayer was fun but way to short, especially when you compare it to COD 2's singleplayer which was very fun and also had quite a bit of length to it. As for the multiplayer on COD 4 i find it very fun, very fast-paced but kind of pointless once you unlock the 50. Cal sniper rifle. I expect to play COD 4 again when the map pack comes out for PC.

BTW i always thought FTW meant F*** The World. Silly Me.

Someday i hope to have a clever sig until then i just have this.

I like both and I play both on a regular basis. Halo3 has more variety in gametypes thats one reason I enjoy it more.
