i have a problem - crackdown

k so i killed all the gangs and bad guys and all those people.  i forgot to do some of the achievements that need bad guys, like the one where you have to run over people.  now there are no bad people to run over. do i have to restart and do it over again?

There is a toggle crime/gangs option.

When you put in the disk, start the camapign and where it usually says "solo" and under it "co-op" it will say solo or co-op with crimes on or off. You can change the options by switching left or right.
