every time i turn on my xbox my tv goes to a black screen that says "no signal"

all my A/V cables are plugged in right and all inputs are set right even the switch on the back is set to the right setting but my xbox still turns on and i sign into xbox live. i even called xbox customer support but i got connected to an automated person which was NO help. i asked to get connected to an agent but they asked for my 10 digit windows ID but i dont remember what it is

what should i do? who can i call to get my xbox sent to be fixed or something

If i were you would plug your xbox 360 to another tv in your house to see if your tv is shot out or something.

exact thing happened to me the day after i got my xbox back from microsoft. Have got to fixing it cause im getting tired of my stupid xbox. send a repair request online, it works but you gotta package and send it, or let ups or fedex package and send it.

I've switched tv's switched from an hd to normal av connection and everything, from what i've read it's probably hardware, that means a nice little vacation to microsoft.
