i have a question about the halo 3 beta

well, not exactly the beta alone, but no one has played the actual game, so ...whatever,

is the control scheme the same as the previous titles and does it feel the same or better?

The Beta is AMAZING, unlike hooven, I have actually played the game before, he, who I know in real life, has never even played halo, so, I can safely say that the game will be decent.

The Beta is horrible.  The controls are all messed up.  Halo 3 is gong to be a HORRIBLE game.  Gears of War forever!!!HoovenStyle

Controls are great. Took me one day to get used to them, they feel natural. I especially like the Toggle crouch feature. No more hurting left wrist!TheCrazed420

No its not completely the same. The X button is used for equipment, the shoulder buttons are for reloading/grenade select, etc. and they work just fine once you get used to it.capthavic

They do work a lot better IMO too. After you get owned a few times figuring out the buttons and staring at stuff (like I did) then it's time for payback - Now that's a fun time!  ;)
