I have a very confusing question...Please help

Ok this may sound complicated. My friend (Fallow) got into a fight with another friend (Blitz) and Blitz got into his account and changed his password and posted a bunch of racist stuff on Fallow's gamertag. Needless to say Fallow got his GT suspended so he made a new GT.

What I was wondering is how can he, or is there a way to get all his DLC onto his new GT? He has over $2000 of Rockband songs that dosent carry over on his new account. He tried downloading them again but that did not work.

Any other suggestions or is he screwed?

Everything is linked to his gamertag which means if he loses it, he loses everything he got with it. I am pretty sure they won't ever ban his gamer tag unless he has a hacked 360. Which means if you can get the old one back you can get all of the DLC back. I am sure as long as he can prove it's his account they'll reset the password for him and he'll regain access to it. As for being suspended I guess he can wait it off. I believe the only real proof you need would be your credit card information.

There is also the cahnce to retrieve the licenses for the music, that may help. It's the service so if you switch Xbox's you can load and play the games without that specific person being online. I have an extra account I keep on a 512 memory card, and use it only when necessary. He could try that if he ever gets into the account.
