Well what I should do first is swap the batteries of your working wireless controller with the not working one and see if it IS the batterys altho u stated it isnt, if this aint the problem I would just go back to the store , tell them your problem and ask them for a new one since theres something wrong with the IR(?) of the wireless controllerN0han
no, as i told you before, there are two identical buttons, one on the controller and one on the 360 with a little wireless signal. press them and they should take less than a moment to connect
This is probably the most n00bish thing I have ever done, I didn't notice that little white button on the 360. But, both controllers are working fine, thank you if I had returned and got another one I would still have the same problem. So now I can play Gears with a friend, thanks again.The_Pumes
You could have tried to read the manual....
It's in the manual that you got with your 360.
And it's in the manual you got with the controller.
