after they patched it up it's decent, but i still wish i had it on pc just because they get all the updates. the controls are really nice and smooth and most games aren't laggy anymore. i mean, it's a great game, but probably better on pc because there is more content and support. the orange box isn't all about team fortress 2 though, portal is what makes you never want to trade it in. and the hl2 episodes will keep you busy for a long time if you play like me. team fortress feels like a little multiplayer treat, not the crown jewel of the package.

tf2 is great, online can be laggy but just make sure you join games with a green bar rating and usually you'll have no problem with lag.

its really deep and i play it more than Halo 3 & COD4 and dare i say it find it more fun than Halo 3 & COD4 (flame-suit-on)

aw. tf2 was the main reason i was going to get it O_O and portal....love the end song ^_^

so is there any other good shooters that are a must have?

i just saw quake wars...looks interesting ..the only fun fps i've ever played was probbably counter strike 1.6...

halo 3 and call of duty 4 looks interesting enough, but whats better?

The thing is... TF2 is just better on the PC.

It's much more fast paced with double the amount of players.

However, a game like Portal suited using a gamepad very well. And HL + EP 1,2 are great on the 360 too.

Well... i haven't played COD4 yet... but what I've heard (from just about everyone and everywhere) is that it has the best multiplayer experience on the 360.

Halo 3 is alright, but I have much more fun with TF2 (on the PC.)

For me its halo 3. I own COD4 on PC, and its a great game, but it just gets kind of stale after a while.

I also own Orange Box for PC. TF2 is good, but i odnt like the CP stuff, only CTF. Still I think halo 3 is better.
as for the other games, Portal is incredible but also incredibly short. Half Life 2 is incredible and incredibly long. In fact i suggest you get Orange box just for Half Life (and both episodes), and portal. You will have fun with TF2 also.

However if your looking for only a multiplayer experience. COD4 if you love military games, otherwise Halo 3.
