I heard this from someone?

If I get a faulty replacement console when I call customer service could I get them to give me a free game as compensation?Poof80

Okay, now that I have had my laugh, I dont think they will give a free game. Microsoft is too cheap for that. Most likely, they'll have you send that one in, and fix/ give you another one, while you have no xbox to play for 2 weeks. Thats what I think will happen anyway. 

yeah i think it is a lie bbut if it does work out then it would probaly be a really cheap game so why even bother
