I got my box in 3 days, they got it in Texas in 3 days, and it's in Kentucky, on it's way to NY for a scheduled 4-19 delivery. So overall living here in Ny the whole process will have taken about 12 business days.
yeah I just called in mine last night due to the fact that my disc drive died, it wont even spin a disc! So the guy said 2-3 to get the box and another 10 business days to get it back... We shall see It's sad that they have failed to make a reliable product.
