Just sent this email to Editor@RAREWARE.com I invite anyone who didn't like what they seen today from RARE to put a drop in the bucket.
Thought you might be interested in the buzz going around following the game info released on May 13th. One of the most popular online gaming sites has a pretty solid stream of opinions that go something like this. If you do get time to REPLY to this email I would thoroughly enjoy having some assurance that the general consensus is wrong or fearing something that won't happen.

HUGELY DISAPPOINTED. The ONLY transportation Banjo needs is Kazooie's ultra fit wings. NOW we're stuck with some 2nd rate racer that would have ZERO chance of success if it were'nt riding on the back of the Banjo-Kazooie name.
STRAIGHT CRAP! This absolutely sucks. So everyone, remember the first teaser trailer? RARE made us think it was Banjo 3 for the past 2 years. Now we are slapped square in the face with what they should just call Banjo-Pilot 2. This sucks. Absolutely sucks. HEY RARE, you ever hear of Mario Galaxy? Yeah, that is called nexgen platforming. That's what the new Banjo game should be. I'm not usually one to count chickens before they hatch, but this game is going to pale in to comparison to anything RARE could have done if they stuck to a true platformer. STUPID. Absolutely horribly stupid. What happened? Why did it take this long to make a friggin racer? For one, I am extremely upset. RARE, GIVE US BANJO-THREEIE!
RARE, look at the numbers:
Banjo-Kazooie Gamespot Score - 9.5
Banjo-Tooie Gamespot Score - 9.6
Banjo-Pilot (a not well known Banjo game) Gamespot Score - 7.2 Ok, are you ready RARE? Here's my prediction of the future.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts (RARE should just call it Banjo-Pilot 2) Gamespot Score? - 7.5
Now here's what a majority of gamers wanted.
Banjo-Threeie Gamespot Score - 9.5
This is how you can tell the brothers who formed RARE left the company. Obviously they wanted nothing to do with the way things are going. Sucks they couldn't have taken Banjo with them.

"You have actually ruined my life, i cant believe this heap of stinking crap ive just read. What is wrong with the Banjo games as they are but now you add cars, bloody cars. No one wanted this pile of **** to go near their 360, i WANT platform games back to their origins games like Donkey Kong 64, Banjo Kazooie and Tooie not a game that could possibly be a system seller for some people turned into a gimmicky piece of trash.
Since Nintendo i had alot of respect for Rare (with their 'kids' type games) and then they moved to microsoft big mistake, (btw i love my 360 just dont believe it to be the console they should dedicate their games too) Kameo came out and it was mediocre, i knew Rare was going down hill, then they produced something like Viva Pinata, i thought this was amazing, graphics were awesome gameplay was fun and original and i had alot of hope for Banjo 3, NOW WHERE AM I LEFT, NUTS AND BOLTS, if i wanted to build a car id buy lego or go to a garage, not go to my favourite child hood game!!!!
Rare has gone downhill since leaving Nintendo, now im going to have to buy a N64 to have a little bit of a child hood memory left with me. Sorry if i seem like im ranting on but i am dearly disapointed with what i have read and seen, i wish to know how other people are feeling right now. People who played the all time great platforming games on there nintendo and wanted a sequel to live up to them.
Thanks alot, btw im also sorry about the swearing i tried to edit ikt my hardest but im half asleep.
Ps. Is there ever going to be a Donkey Kong 64 sequel??"
Clearly something isn't ringing true with your loyal fans of the series. Seriously, companies like RARE have huge responsibilites when it comes to keeping roots held firm in the past and having your branches reaching skyward to the future. You know what we want from Banjo-Kazooie. We wanted a nexgen platformer that would have knocked Mario off the face of the Galaxy. It's extremely obvious that there's a large emphasis on vehicular usage with the new Banjo, and quite frankly, we don't want it.
