Do you mind if it's used?
There's a used Oblivion on there, no GOTY extra cost crap : http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=952029
Oblivion is a good game for you. Even after the main story line is done you still have side quests and even after side quests, the game is great! I suggest you save up enough money for the GOTY version because it's worth it.
Im looking on Gamestop.com right now.. Whats the difference between:
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Shivering Isles- 29.99
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition- 59.99

Shivering Isles is the expansion pack for TES IV: Oblivion NON-GOTY edition.
TES IV: Oblivion GOTY edition is the original oblivion game + the expansion pack.
I have Oblivion because I started out gaming with RPG's and I haven't picked it back up in months, I think its a bit too slow or the learning curve is longer than I thought, I want to enjoy it, but I hate waisting 2 hours in a game and get nothing accomplished. Am I missing something? I plan on revisting the game in the near future once the cold long winter settles in. I'm hopeing to have better patience.Drew754
The same thing happened to me. When i first got it i got bored but when i tried it again i got so hooked on it....didnt touch another game tilli finished it. lol
Rainbow Six has a fun multiplayer or if you are like me then the terrorist hunt mode can keep you busy for hours (but also make you want to throw the controller).
Oblivion is also really good but I tend to get bored with it after too long and it ends up sitting for a while before I pick it up again. All of the expansion packs for it are supposed to be free sometime soon I believe.

He's right. Just get the regular one, you dont really need an expansion on a game that last over a hundred hours
