I NEED HELP

Hi dear, i have problem in forza horizon 2 ,,is i cant play online anymore i dont know why but i can play call of duty AW exempt horizon 2 but my friends they can play only me i cant it shows my online in the game is locked

@mesa2020: I have a few questions to ask before I help

• Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription?
• Do you have a suspended Xbox Live Gold account? Accounts can be banned or temporarily suspended or penalized for a number of reasons, some being your online behavior, other terms of service violations, cheating (or playing with cheaters), buying Xbox currency with illegal codes, redeeming games with illegal codes and/or code generators, or illegally using credit cards.
• Did the game come with a code that allows you to play online that you have to redeem first? You know, like those codes some games come with to discourage used game sales?
• Can you play online in any other game on your system?
• What's your internet service like? Ping/download/upload?
• What country are you playing from?
• Do you have the latest updates installed on your system?
• Are you trying to enter full games? Private games without invite? Or are you trying to enter a game that requires DLC and you don't have it?

i can play any games online except horizon 2 i pay a lote and i have xbox gold account i play only with my close friends and my internet download ping is 5 MS, 50 MB, upload 10 MB , im using fiber obtect the fastest internet but before i payed in horizon token and season pass all my games has the season pass, i payed by xbox gift card not by visa i play in kingdom of saudi arabia i had forza2 one year ago. i play normal but i didnt use i had xbox gold 12 months i dont think its expired cuz im playing Cod AW online all the time ..

This sounds pretty technical. You may be better going straight to Turn 10 with this.

Have you opened the ports for Xbox live in your router? If not, try that. Search for a guide on Google.
