i need help with a controller question

My Cousin borrowed my 360 controller for a bout a week. when i got it back my joystick was loose.

my question is how har is it to repair the controller myself. in like just puting some glue on it so that the stick doesnt move up and down. or should i just send it in and get it replaced

if its the analogue sticks mate, just get it repaired by some company or buy a new one matefinal_sephiroth

he said that he has droped it a few times on a cement floor. and its the left joystick above the directional pad.

you can grab a hold of it and move it up and down but it still works. but its geting annoying when you press down on it. it sticks to your thumb and pops up then back down
