i need help with downloading =[

wenever i go to download anythng it comes up with a status code (cant remember number started with 8) i have enough points for it and conection is working properly but i have no idea whats wrong

any help??

(trying to get gta tlad and map packs for cod5)

i was meant to put a 8

and nope i turnd all the parent controls off

and ive tryd every weekend since june 26th and same thing happens every time
