I have been struggling through this problem and not one person has offered any advice that has worked so far, although I do appreciate the help don't get me wrong. Anyways, my problem is this: I have a gold membership, broadband wireless connection with router, working wireless network adapter, and am able to download any thing or connect to Xbox Live, but I am not able to play any multiplayer games on any of my multiplayer compatible games. The service either won't connect to the respected server, or it will but I will be the only one in the lobby although I can view leaderboards. Anyone have any idea why I am having this problem?
I'd call MS, sounds like your problem is either due to ongoing Live issues or it's something else with your account. Are you sure you're Gold is active?
Sounds like you NAT. Direct connect you Xbox to the internet router NOT the wireless router.you will need to unplug your computer or wireless router to do this then try it, if it works fine, then you need to contact you wireless router company and have the set the NAT to opened. DO NOT DIRECT CONNECT IT TO YOUR WIRELESS ROUTER BUT TO THE ROUTER YOUR ISP SENT YOU.
