I need some help with recording a video from my Xbox 360

Hi i'm want to make a video using my xbox 360 and one of my games but i was just wondering, how do i do it? Do i plug the ethernet cable into the back off my pc and the back of my 360 and then capture what i'm am going to use on editing software? Could anyone that knows how to do it help me. Thanks

No idea here, sorry.

However, using the setup of connecting your pc to your console and streaming content actually seems like it could work. Why not give it a try?

connecting the ethernet cables won't help.... It really depends on what quality video u want to record...

1. VHS - Take the composite cables and plug them in your VCR, then take another set of cables (extra set) and connect ur vcr to ur TV, and then record on VHS just like you would a TV show

2. DVD - Do the same thing you did in step one except you would use a dvd recorder/player.

3. DVD - Use a converter to convert from VHS to DVD

4. DV - Take your composite cables and plug them into your camcorder, once u get the video feed start recording (you won't be able to use ur tv this way...) *you need a camcorder with video input not output...

5. Computer - This would be the highest quality capture, for this you would need a video capture card... (some video capture cards even do HD)
