I need some opinions.

How much should I get for:

L.A. Noire (It has "The Naked City" DLC, which I never used)

Halo Reach

Brink

& an Xbox 360 controller (In great condition)

I know, I know.. These type of forums are lame, but i'd like some opinions.

I would go to Gamestop and actually ask but it's way to late for that & I just recently thought of this.

I'm thinking 15 - 18$ for L.A. Noire, 15 - 18$ for Halo Reach, 10 - 13$ for Brink, & 10 - 13$ for the controller.

I honestly have no clue, So what do you think i'll get?

EDIT: I also have my PowerUp Rewards card. I'm pretty sure that slightly adds money to the games you sell.

I think your prices are pretty spot on although it seems to depend on how many copies of the game they already have. With your power up card if your a pro member you get a bonus 30% if your trading in towards another game especially a new release. If your wanting cash cut all your prices by about 2/3. We traded in 6 games friday to get skyrim and while not prime games we traded as follows: Dragon Age Origins, Dark Siders, Just Dance 1, Just Dance 2, Boogie Superstar, and Cooking Mamma and we got a totalof $54 bucks after the bonus 30%. Hope that comparison helped. Honestly if your looking for the cash put it on ebay or craigslist cause Gamestop rips you off when you want money instead of store credit. wolfbm

Yeah, That's true.. It also depends on popularity, which i'm guessing Halo Reach should have.

I'm also putting money towards Skyrim :P Well, I just noticed on my card it says PowerUp Rewards Pro, so i'm guessing I am a pro member. I never knew.

& 54$? That's pretty damn good.

I can also add Punch-Out & Endless Ocean to the mix. I don't think i'll get much more, but maybe 13 - 15$ for the two together.

I've only played the games once each.

Yeah we figured we would have to put $20 cash in aslo to get skyrim but we were happily shocked. Punch-out just dropped to $20 and we traded in endless ocean a while ago ..again I think your safe assuming 13-15 bucks. If you have a silver card then you are a pro member...I beleive the free membership is black. If you get the magazine then your pro..just so your know. Honestly as a bit of advice I would take the La Noire DLC card with you but I think it really won't up the price and would kinda be just giving it to them. Not sure about that you may want to call and ask before you go up, rather than removing the card in front of them. Rigth now starting bid on Ebay for that dlc is $5.00 doubt GS will give ya that. wolfbm

Yup, I got the silver card. & Yeah, I was gonna take the DLC card anyways. If I sell the game it's not worth having a DLC card laying around. & I'm sure someone would like to have that card. I'm also considering adding Red Faction Guerrilla.

So, Halo Reach, L.A. Noire, Brink, Red Faction, Punch-Out, Endless Ocean, and an Xbox 360 controller.. I'm guessing 50$

I definatly say you are going to be in the good. With the 30% bonus and they had an extra 30% bonus for if you trade in 7 games towards new release (not sure if that deal was release day only) you should be able to get skyrim with trade ins alone. Just so ya know my wife has been playing Skyrim 12-14 hours a day straight for 2 days and loves everything about it and she hated Fall out 3 and never played any of the other Elder Scrolls. wolfbm

I went onto a website of a local game store and they had prices of the games they'll buy used. (I'd go to this store, but they're known for being a hassle)

This is what they priced the games at;

Halo Reach 15$, L.A. Noire 12$, Brink 7$, Red Faction Guerrilla 4$, Punch-Out 8$, Endless Ocean 6$ That's 52$ without including the controller.

I'd check for the controller but they don't have a pricing for them.

I played Oblivion and the other Elder Scrolls game for the original Xbox. I forgot the name of it.. I think it was just called Elder Scrolls.

& Yeah, I never really could get into Fallout3. I think it was the whole waste-land atmosphere, it just seemed plain to me. The Skrim atmosphere just seems like it's in a league all it's own.

Looks like you'll be playing skyrim as soon as you trade in your stuff. The games environment is just.....amazing. You won't regret getting this game.wolfbm
