Heh, I kind of agree with you there. In addition to the games coming out this year, I still want to play some of last year's releases; namely Alan Wake and Red Dead Redemption. Saving money is hard enough as it is, so I'll try to limit myself to only 3-4 games this year.
There's too many freaking good games out! how do they expect us to have the money to play all the great games that are coming/already out? I don't have the money or the time to play all these games! Anyone else notice this??gmoneybball91
I think it's a GREAT thing! I have a list of games that I'm just planning on buying eventually. I can wait until most games come down in price before I buy them since there are so many good games out there.
Hey the good thing about missing a few games is you can see what great games turn out to be crap. There is nothing worse then hearing how good a game looks, seeing the video demo and thinking wow that's great then finding out the controls are comparable to QWOP, and the story is no more then a rehash of some 90's sitcom lol. So by missing a few you can get a better look at them just by seeing if they are still being played or if you will be seeing piles of them in the used game bin.
i couldnt wait to get my hands on crash bandicoot, but when i saw how they ruined the game...man what a disappointment, you will enjoy 3 out of 10 games so dont worry about timeHey the good thing about missing a few games if you can see what great games turn out to be crap. Not trying to give a plug to companies that let you rent games for long periods of time but they do help with giving you the chance to play without paying the full price of the game.
My wallet will be very empty this year.

Sounds to me more like your wallet was never really full to begin with :P
I've got the money but not the time. You know what they say, if time is money then money is time. (what I say)LustForSoul
I have got the same problem (Not to mention a library of a few dozen unplayed games I picked up last year)

Yup i'm a student in my final year of college so i have a lot of time but hardly any money. Thank god for trading games eh. :D
I actually prefer having more games released than I can afford to play. When I finally get enough time to play through my already lengthy backlog, they'll all be at reduced prices. :D
So many games so little time, i seriously have had oblivion forever and have barely scrathed the surface with it. Now theres another one! Plus the fallouts the mass effects that take a while. So many game i have to pick up it rediculous plus the new ones coming out. Might just need gamefly. The good thing is with all the games i can pick them up cheaper after a while. Oh to be young again with all the time in the world, just not the money tho.
What about the DLC, it seems all the games have new maps or quests to play. That alone becomes expensive after a while. Oh well i will try and get through everything i want to and can do.
For me , money is not the issue. Time is.

I agree. Pesky day jobs eating into my gaming time! ;)
Yeah, but it's been like this for every Christmas for me in particular :P. There are still many past releases I still need to get around to as well, including Alan Wake and Red Dead Redemption - Undead Nightmare.
Then, I also want BulletStorm, Homefront (might pre-order this one), WWE All Stars, Gears of War 3, L.A. Noire and random DLC for games... but to be honest I think it's a good thing as you will always have something to buy :).
