I s rainbow six vegas 2's multiplayer as bad as people say.

Its pretty much the same as the first one.

The only difference is that they changed ranked Team Deathmatch, but you could always play unranked and rank up still.

Well, I am not happy with the online MP. It suffers from some serious frame-rate issues, and the action seems very slow & quiet. I feel like I'm playing tag in a library sometimes...everything is so quiet & slow & laidback, etc... I realize that the idea with RSV2 is being stealthy, etc, but I just want a little more action for my time.

I play COD4 alot - so comparing the two...COD4 is much better for the action & frame-rate. The two things that I like better with RSV is the amount of customization with your character & weapons, and the cover system, which is incredible.

Terrorist Hunt is awsome and the Campaign is great and you can rank using them both but the game is pretty much exactly like RSV1 except without the Calypso Map and really there are none as good as it... except possible villa wich i love

It could use some patching..thats all i gotta say.

I ve heard people say it sucksbecause they changed it around a lot. Im wondering if I should get this since I liked the first. Should I get this or condemed. Now keep in mind also, I loved the first condemed aswell.airg6

all im hearing is: "its not run and gun", "its to slow paced", "no respawns"......thats how tactical games work...darksusperia

Ok, if you liked the first Vegas you will like this one. No, they didn't change much about it.. they added a few new guns, all of which seem kind of like the older guns in Vegas 1, they added 7 new maps which are pretty decent and they put in a sprint feature.

Thats pretty much it.

But it's still fun I think.. I enjoy the game alot. And to the guy who complains about spawn camping.. you are given a 4 second invincibility when you spawn, use it.

Also, I just recently bought Vegas 2, Condemned 2 and Lost Odyssey in the last three weeks.. if you have to buy only one then I suggest LO if you like that kind of game. Then Vegas 2. Condemned 2 would come in last for me, even though I loved the first one and I still like this one alot as well.. but the game is short and not worth 60 dollars.. and the multiplayer is garbage.

Oh, and dont listen to all these people saying the first one is better, and that this one is watered down.. unless im missing something, there is no difference. Same gameplay, same weapons (only quite a few added) same number of maps, although they aren't the SAME maps.. I don't get it.

Oh, and i'll sell you my copy of condemned 2 for 30 bucks.. plus shipping and handling :P

Okay here is the real deal. None of the oh its not COD4 and all other complaints.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is much like the first one. They added guns, there is different maps, and they added the sprint feature. That is the only difference between the Vegas and Vegas 2. The MP is the same just with the added features.

If your used to playing Halo or COD then Vegas will be hard to get the hang of at first, but you'll get the hang of it.

alright time for me - i came in completely new to the RSVegas series, although i knew about it i never played it. I bought the second one though and i was really impressed by alot - mostly the terro hunts, multiplayer and coop story - it has good customization and alot of replay value, especially for XP, the ACES system, achievements and good fun.

Now there are bugs or probs that should be patched, such as glitches in single player, some achievment bugs and IMO they shouldnt give so much EXP to player matches, since they can easily get you ranked up. But honestly, its not a completely silent MP and is ALOT of fun if you have a friend of two to play with - it is tactical and does require some skill to become good at it. Id recommend it

Vegas 2's multiplayer >>>> Vegas 1 and any other online game so far on the 360 :D

I own almost all the shoooters on the 360 and this is hands down the most fun ive had yet.

Vegas 2 is even better then cod4 online imo :)
