I think ive become a Vampire - Oblivion

just happened to me a few minutes ago i was sleeping in a hotel and i woke up to a message about a mother feeding her baby or some sh1t and they disintegrate, now all of a sudden im losing health when im outside in the daytime????

 Anyone know anything about this?

yes, you've contracted porphiric hemophilia (vampirism). go to a church and pray at the altar to get rid of the disease, if you have stayed this way for a long time you might have to do the cure for vampirism quest.

It's too late for that.  When you contract pyphoric hemophilia you have to pray at a Chapel or take a cure disease potion before 3 in-game days or you will turn.  The TC has already turned so he/she will have to do the Vampire cure quest, praying won't help now.

Well I agree with you but he is too far gone.  Level1 Vampire is very managable and the pluses far outweigh the minuses.

Yeah, it's a bit late to try and try to cure Pyphoric Hemophiliaunless you have a save prior to when you slept. Or if you acquired vampirism by a vampire stalking you, then you really have no choice but to deal with it. That's what happened to me in my first game.

Vampire life can be fun, though. I'm trying to live out the rest of my newest game as a vampire in spite of all of the cons.

It's tough imo.  the fact that you can only go outside during the night is a pain.  Considering the fact that the cycles of night and day in the game are pretty quick.  Also not to mention it is FRIGGEN annoying having everyone stop and say "are you alrigt? you look.................... I'll".  errrrrr
