I tried to open a mailbox in MW2 to look for ammo?! Too much Borderlands!

You know that you have played too much of one game when you try to do something that only works in one game and not the other.
For instance in Borderlands there are mailboxes around and I will usually open them to get ammo, and so in MW2 there is that one mission where you are going through the neighborhood with the houses I see a mailbox and I try to open it because I need ammo. Of course this doesn't work in this game, but it wouldn't open and I can't figure out why since it worked before. It took me awhile to realize that you can't do that in this game like the other one.

Have you ever done something like this with other games?

That's hilarious! I have done that before with other games. I can't remember what I had been playing, but when I played Counterstrike Source, I kept trying to jump up and grab the ledge... Yeah, you can't do that in CS:Source...

I've been playing alot of Demon's Soul's, and I mean alot. I took a short break to play some MW 2 and I keep pressing O to run but in MW2 it makes me crouch

I almost shot a gas can in real life just because I play way too much Left 4 Dead.

I was playing Uncharted for like 2 hour straight trying to finish it. Then i went to play Killzone 2, and i was playing and i mashed the "O" button like crazy to get my guy to hide in cover, and after i got killed i started yelling like mad some cussing and stuff about why the game wont work lol...

no never done that.

i played too much teken and sc so when i went on to mw2 i kept button mashing

ive had this happen but in real life. while driving thru campus i had the urge to hit pedestrians after playing wayyy too much gta iv. lol i didnt do it of coruse. plus after i play forza, i get really anxious when people pass me on the road. i get the urge to speed to pass them or ram them over but of course again, i have self control lol

That's funny. You can never play too much borderlands though.

I did lol. I couldn't figure out why I kept stop running in MW2 yesterday. I forgot that you stop sprinting eventually. too much Borderlands!orb_03_2006
