Nope you can connect 4 controllers, but only 3 wired ones at a time. Atleast 1 has to be wireless.

Looks like someone forgot about the USB port on the back of the system.

What? If you do connect 3 wired, then you can only have 1 wireless.

Yeah, but you know... it's so much more convenient to have a wireless controller. =D I used to play my Gamecube all the time and the wires always piss me off. xD

You can connect four wireless. Each will flash 1/4 of the power circle.

I bought three rechargeable batteries (for three controllers)in '05 and they all still work. Around $10/each is a lot better deal in the long run.

Wirless is good but sometimes on PGR 3 online when I had gold it was bad as it would run out at the key moments :( Otherwise I like it as its easier to use and stuff as your not worried about the wire disconecting or anything like that, if only my rechargable batteries would last longer :P

Well, that's not too bad if you have some extra batteries ready. Just pause the game and swap them.

I think that contantly is a little heavy. I've had mine for 3 weeks and I haven't had to change the batteries yet. Maybe if you play loads, then you have an excuse for it, but otherwise, that's pretty retarded.

Batteries are for suckers.

I bought the rechargeable battery pack a while ago. Forget batteries. When I see the battery life is about half, I just plug it in the charger overnight.

Also, you can hit the logo on the controller to open the dashboard and you can see on the top right your battery life.
