who thinks microsoft should come out with 1 time usable codes for when you install games on your HD, so you dont alway need to have that disc in the system. like the code would be inputted into the system when your installing it. cause id like to just have all my games on my HD

nope not a good idea at all because pirates would def crack that and theres still the issue of people getting a copy with having the game like you could give me your code and i would install it but you still keep the actual game so we both have it.

I don't expect Microsoft to do anythin about this especially since putting the disc in your tray prevents major Pirating

how about DRM? once a week the 360 asks you to put in the disc of the game that is installed. it shows proof of ownership(at least somewhat), and you can play without the disc.

that is the excat way of why they don't do it. unless they just sold the code and no cd or make it so the disc is empty like after installing it deletes the content on the disc.

i didn't see a difference i only have the 20gig hard drive.

Only way i would see it working is if you purchase and download the retail game off the marketplace, similiar to how arcade titles work. Once you purchase the game on the market place, you can delete it and download it whenever you want on that Xbox only. Makes sense ya?

what about an activation code that can only be activated once. like they have for steam games.
