If I didnt like Oblivion will I most likely also not like Fallout 3?

^topic. I didnt really like Oblivion because for some reason the combat felt boring. Perhaps I was just bad at it but I felt it was like a hack and slash. Will I also find Fallout 3 boring because I've heard it's just "Oblivion w/ guns"?

Fallout 3 is a lot different from Oblivion. However - everyone is entitled to their own feelings, but I feel that Fallout 3 is a great game and is a lot better than Oblivion in every way.

Fallout 3 is an instant classic, almost any gamer i know own and love the game
