Technically if you try that, it would be bordering on fraud, and you could get into serious trouble with the law that way. But I digress. I wouldn't recommend you try it anyway, as Microsoft may not make you change your gamertag... But rather they'll suspend your account instead, and the accounts of all the people who reported you falsely for offensive gamertag.

i think if enough people report you, that would cause you XBL to be suspended or even cancelled.
