Ive been getting the 3 red lights, and ive contacted microsoft and a courier is coming in a few days. I just want to ask, if they are unable to repair my xbox, what would happen?
Would I be screwed? or would they send me a new xbox?
MS will try to fix the machine first. If they cannot repair it, then they will just give you another xbox 360. Is it new? My guess is no. It will be refurbished.

he just said that he called them and is getting it back by the end of the week and i never said they wasn't going to give it back just that it may take some time
