Would Dragon Age: Origins be giving TESV competition if they came out at the same time? Which one would or will be better?
I think that it'd be giving it competition but also beleive TES would come out on top. I might like Dragon Age better though.

As far as quality goes Dragon Age: Origins without a doubt as I can actually decide what to say and what happens. If The next Elders Scrolls is anything like Oblivion I will pass but if it like Morrowind that would be a tough choice. Though the new Elders Scrolls game will probably do better in popularity and sales because Dragon Age is a new IP.
Doesn't matter to me I would buy both. I love both of the developers behind those games and neither of them have ever let me down.RAMRODtheMASTERSame with me, but Dragon Age looks great.
I would go towards Dragon Age, because at least to me, it's something new. With a new Elder Scrolls game, I know it's gonna be great, but at the same time, I'd wait till it's patched, since Bethesda isn't the greatest when it comes to bugs.
I agree, I had a whole quest screwed over thanks to a glitch..I would go towards Dragon Age, because at least to me, it's something new. How would it not be as fantasy oriented as Oblivion. I doubt Bethesda would stray that far from the Elder Scrolls formula. The Elder Scrolls V probably won't be as fantasy oriented as Oblivion, meaning it probably wont be as easily comparable to Dragon Age, but in terms of sales TESV would probably win.

Something tells me that Shatin will be very disappointed when TES V comes out.Bad wording on my part. I meant it wont have that Generic fantasy style that Oblivion and Dragon Age have. Morrowind was pretty unique. Oblivion had deers. I was thinking that if they go to another part of the Elder Scrolls world, it will be unique again. But true the basic fantasy premise will be there..
Each province in TES is unique and the TES V should take place in Skyrim based on five trademarks taken out by ZeniMax (Bethesda's parent company).Bad wording on my part. Bioware > Bethesda, so therefore Dragon Age: Origins would reign supreme. Oblivion was such a freaking disappointment compared to Morrowind.
