If this isnt the best year in gaming...

What is?! i was thinking about people saying that this is the best year ever in gaming, and I agree. No consoles came out, but the software is amazing. so if this isnt the best year ever in gaming, what is?

I can, this year just had more media coverage a la Halo 3. It just got a flurry of big games near the holidays, whereas the first half of the year was blarg. This is the 360's best year though. Morello964

Back it up man. You can't just say that you can think of better years in gaming and not provide facts to support it. I'm purely a 360 gamer, so I believe that this was a great year for gaming. It was the best in my personal opinion because it was the first that I was truly old enough to purchase everything for myself and that made the anticipation way better. I'm much more competitive in my gaming now than I was before and I enjoy it a lot more now. This year let me feel good about being a gamer by offering up some great games to play.
