If XBL had free weekends, would you still be Gold?

This is mainly for people who are Gold members since I assume silver members don't think XBL is worth any price regardless of the features, which is why they don't subscribe. If XBL was set up so that silver members could play for free on the weekend, would you still be a gold member?

I guess if I were about to run out I wouldn't be so quick to renew my subscribtion. But I still like playing on the weekdays. Especially since I work in the mornings and only have class twice a week (I love college). So I have a lot of free time during the week.

I dont play a whole lot of games during the weekdays, and theres not much on xbox I do wanna play ( IT doesnt help all my friends play COD6, which I dont want!) So for me, free weekends would be enough

yes I would still pay. If they offered free weekends then they would lower the price of subscriptions to keep people paying. So not only would I game whenever I want but at a lower price as well

Yes. Not only do I play during the week, but if that happened the price would probably go down. =-)

Yup but if M$ is going to raise the price up to 100 bucks for xbl then I'll go silver and just play on weekends

If they gave you free weekends, probably not since I'm in school and don't game as much during the weekdays.

Yeah I'd still pay for gold. $50 a year is almost nothing for the service.

I usually like going out on the weekends, so I like having Gold all the time. But if just playing online became free and all that Gold features still had a a fee, I wouldn't subscribe to Gold.

Nope, if I was going to do many of the things Microsoft is charging for, I'd go on the PC instead (online gaming, facebook, netflix etc.)

Yea, most likely. I wanna be able to play multiplayer whenever I want, not just weekends. Plus there's other benefits to being gold.93soccer
