1080P is native, as long as the game supports it (just like the PS3). NBA Street Homecourt and Virtua Tennis 3 are the first announced 360 games to support native 1080P.
Wish it had a sleep timer so you could set it to a certain time to turn it off automatically. Also wish that live had a news feature and more downloadable demos/games would be nice.
As silly as this may sound, I think it would be cool to play arcade games in a game. For example, say you are in a room with a bunch of friends online, and you have to wait for some reason before the game is started, maybe you could pass the time by playing an arcade game you've downloaded by pressing the guide button and playing it within the guide.

Amen to that. How about the rumored, and most likely true, 100+ gig HDD? Or a six disc changer so you can have your six faves in the 360 at all times. I also like the stabilizer idea, no more circular scratches!!
MSN using Vista's voice recognition technology so you can talk in your XBL headset and it'd type it to your friends, it'd amaze them on how fast you can type :P
This has been rumored but don't know if it's true. The ability to stream preselected radio stations while playing games. In alot of states it is not illegal to backup games you own, so it would be cool to download a program from MS that would allow you to copy your games to your computer then stream them over to your 360. They also need to majorly expand the playable video formats. WMV being the only playable video isn't very Next-Gen. They need to incorparate some kind of video messenging system. All you can do is send pics but they need to allow like 30-60 second clips. I have more ideas but can't think right now :)
I would like to have the ability to chat to a few users at once. Just now, private chat means one to one chat only. I would like to talk to a few people at the same time in the same conversation instead of switching chats. I think it would be a nice enhancement and i hope Microsoft thing of something like that.
Fully customisable layout. With the ability to create your own themes and gamer pics without having to pay for them. Also being able to load games onto your HDD so I don't have to get up and don't have to listen to that disc drive/jet engine.
Integrated wifi; it feels really cheap that it doesn't have it. The Wii has it, and that's a hundred quid cheaper!
Also, support for USB pen drives and/or SD memory cards. If you could save Arcade titles, music, etc onto a 2Gb pen drive, then that'd alleviate some of the tiny HD problems...
I doubt they'd ever to either, because they can milk money off us buying wifi adapters and official (tiny!) memory cards. These are pretty much the only things that piss me off about the 360 at the mo...
I would give it the ability to not scartch discs when you move it, I would give it the ability to eject discs even when theres a game in the console, i would give it the ability to do multiple downloads isn't of multiple pending downloads, and i would give it the ability to have a bigger harddrive because 14 is weak.

Dude they all ready have done many tests and 360's 1080p is perfect to native 1080p, Do you believe everything sony tells you?
